Cooking Our Products

After you purchase our products and you're wondering: "How do I cook this?!" You've come to the correct place and here we'll put a simple guide to cooking our products, andif we see more requests of other different products we will add it!

Lo Mein/Egg Noodle
  1.  Defrost the noodles first, then loosen it up so it is not in a clump. Be careful that you don't leave it out for too long, we suggest to leave it in the fridge to slowly defrost.

  2.  Use a big pot (approx. 3 gal water for 5 lb pack noodle) with water and bring it to a boil. Add the noodles into the water.

  3.  Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or to desired texture.

  4.  Drain the noodles out and rinse it with cold tap water until it is cooled down.

  5.  Add some oil to keep it loose.

  6.  Final step: add meat or seafood with seasoning to add flavor to the noodles and enjoy!
